Small scope, clear boundaries.
The connected preview accepts only a bounded campaign enquiry. It does not accept payment details, customer files, or wallet information.
What the portal collects
The enquiry record contains the campaign objective, brand URL, three creator URLs, an optional business contact, terms consent, timestamps, and portal messages. The portal stores a digest of the private access token rather than the raw token. Ordinary technical logs may be created by the local or hosting provider.
Public measurement
This preview uses Cloudflare Web Analytics on public pages for aggregate page-view and performance measurements. It does not use cookies or local storage, collect or use visitors’ personal data, or track visitors across properties. The project does not install the beacon on private enquiry, order, or operator pages; their private response policy blocks a separate edge-injected script, and no private page measurement request is sent. The beacon does not receive brief contents, bearer tokens, or portal messages. The free brief builder keeps drafts in the current browser tab and does not send them unless you choose the separate enquiry route. Hosting-level request logs may still exist.
Private access and retention
The private link is a bearer credential: anyone who has it can view the associated enquiry. Save it securely and do not paste it into public channels. The operator can update the order state and reply through the private portal. Retention and deletion rules must be finalized before a public launch.
